1. Close all your screens before you sleep 

Whether it’s your iPhone, tablet, or even your old MP3, put them away before you go to bed. These devices contain a blue-violet light that can damage your eyes and lead to trouble falling asleep. Considering that sleep is essential for a healthy lifestyle, we must ensure we fall asleep easily.  

2. Train in the morning 

There are a lot of benefits to working out in the morning. It allows you to have more strength and helps you start your day well; you will have a clear mind and you will even lower your stress. 3. Be consistent 

Being consistent is the key to all things. If you want to get results, you have to be consistent. If you want to be in better shape, exercise daily. Do you want to pass a subject? Do all of the homework to get a good grade. If you consistently do this, you will develop a taste for it.
