It has been a few weeks since we started the new year. You may have challenged yourself to train more, eat healthier, and maybe even become a morning person. So, here are some steps to throw yourself into this new endeavour.

1. Close all your screens before you sleep

Whether it’s your iPhone, tablet, or even your old MP3, put them away before you go to bed. These devices contain a blue-violet light that can damage your eyes and lead to trouble falling asleep. Considering that sleep is essential for a healthy lifestyle, we must ensure we fall asleep easily.

2. Train in the morning

There are a lot of benefits to working out in the morning. It allows you to have more strength and helps you start your day well; you will have a clear mind and you will even lower your stress. So, grab your dumbbells and your yoga mat and go for it. We have a brand new partner called Crossrope, which specializes in the field of  skipping ropes. You can improve your cardio, strength, and fitness while having fun. By being a regular Living Sisu member, you benefit from a 10% discount and 15% if you are a Premium member. Definitely worth it!

3. Be consistent

Being consistent is the key to all things. If you want to get results, you have to be consistent. If you want to be in better shape, exercise daily. Do you want to pass a subject? Do all of the homework to get a good grade. If you consistently do this, you will develop a taste for it.

With Sisu, anything is possible. If you don’t motivate yourself to do things that might seem unimportant, like making your bed or putting away your screens, then, my friend, don’t expect to see results without any effort. However, if you decide to do your chores several times a day, you will reap what you have sown. This is called having a Sisu mentality!
